Terms and Conditions for Prime Classes:
1. Enrollment and Payment
- Registration: To enroll in Prime Classes, complete the registration process through our platform at www.alexaoc.com.
- Payment: Payment for each class is due after you attend. Please do not make payments before the class begins.
2. Class Attendance and Cancellation
- Attendance: Regular attendance is recommended for optimal results.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your class booking up to 2 hours before the class starts. No cancellation charges apply.
3. Class Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a class, please do so at least 2 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Refunds
- Refunds: No refunds will be provided for classes that have already been attended.
5. Class Availability
- Availability: Class schedules and availability may change. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
6. Account Management
- Account: You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Conduct and Behavior
- Behavior: You are expected to behave respectfully during classes. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the class and cancellation of future classes. Prime features may also be blocked.
8. Changes to Terms
